While snacks and wines by the glass or bottle are available whenever our doors are open, we also offer an extended dining menu every day.

The menu at Public is comprised of produce from small, dedicated local farms, almost exclusively organic. Our menu is entirely seasonal and dishes change almost every day. Similarly, our selection of wine is made up entirely of wines that have been farmed organically and are all additive free.

Our kitchen hours are:
Monday - Thursday (Dinner): 5pm - 10pm
Friday - Saturday (All Day): 12pm - 10.30pm
Sunday (Lunch all day): 12pm - 8pm

If you can’t make it in to the store, we sell wine online too!

Bookings are highly recommended for dining, although there is always space available for walk-ins. We take bookings for groups of up to 6 online. For groups of 7 or more we offer our $50 two course set menu please email us at info@publicwineshop.com.au if you'd like more information.
