 Returns and Quality

We love the products that we sell and want everyone to appreciate them in the best condition possible.

We are happy to replace faulty stock or stock that has been damaged during delivery. 

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. Please contact us via email.

Please bear in mind that all of our products are preservative free and require careful storage and handling. We cannot accept returns for products that have been stored or cellared for extended periods.

Shipping

We ship to both metropolitan and regional areas of Victoria, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania.

At this stage, we do not ship to the Northern Territory or Western Australia. If you live in either of these states and wish to place an order, please contact us via info@publicwineshop.com.au to see if we can help you.

We ship using Australia Post at the following flat rates (for deliveries of up to 12 bottles of wine):

Metro Melbourne: $10

Regional Victoria: $15

Sydney, Byron Bay, Gold Coast Metro Areas: $15

Regional NSW: $20

Queensland, South Australia & Tasmania: $25

Shipping within Victoria is free for purchases of $150 and above.

Shipping to all other states (excluding WA & NT) is free for purchases over $200.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday.

After your purchase you’ll receive an order confirmation, and when the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

We choose not to send wine during hot weather. Please expect a few extra days wait between placing and receiving your order during such periods.

Australia Post experiences delays intermittently. Please allow at least 1 week for your order to arrive.
