This is a very unique bottling. From wild vines (Vitis Sylvestris) that sprang from seed spontaneously and began growing up the trucks of trees by the river at Karine and Cyril Alonso’s little corner of paradise in western Beaujolais, this cuvee is something that scarcely exists now.
The structure and style of fruit in the wine is something unlike anything we’ve ever tasted with aroma soaring out of the glass and the structure being taut and lightly sappy.
A low abv makes this a digestible and simply compelling fermented drink - individual not just in the world of wine but in the entire world or agriculture.
