Holiday Wine Pack #1

A$149.00

We get very giddy about the festive season and we’re now particularly excited to be offering a couple of special holiday wine packs. These come in packs of 3 and 6 and feature a selection of wines from some of our favourite growers which we think are well-suited to the warmer months – either as party time bottles to splash around or as thoughtful accompaniments to long holiday lunches.

The price of this 3-bottle pack is $149.00 — down from a regular retail value of $157.00 — and includes:

Tomas Torres Al Tall Blanc 2021 tortosi
Direct-press white wine from the chalky soils of Valencia, Spain. This is light-to-medium bodied, with a compact core of restrained fruit in the realm of apples and pears, plenty of salinity, and lightly earthen soil-derived aromatics. A wonderful aperitif or accompaniment to oysters.

Halcyon Days Friends Indeed 2023 pinot noir / chardonnay
This is a blend of pinot noir rosé, sangiovese rosé and macerated chardonnay, made by Amy and Olly Hopkinson-Styles in Te Matau a Māui/Hawke’s Bay. Stylistically, the final wine sits somewhere between a rosé and an orange wine, with various shades of just-ripe red fruits and stone fruits, with lots of freshness and purity as a result of the style of vinification.

Kunoh Wines Musée Kyoto 2022 merlot / pinot noir / alicante bouschet / pinot blanc
A dark rosé made by Yuki Nakano in Upper Moutere, Aotearoa. There’s a deliciously savoury, saline quality beneath the red fruit which we’ve come to associate with the heavy clay soils of this area and which makes it both moreish and very versatile. But like all of Yuki’s wines, it has been made with food in mind.

Pack #2 includes 6 bottles and can be purchased here.
