This is the first ever vintage from winemaker Sylvain Klausener who has recently moved from Switzerland to Forest Range in the highs of the Adelaide Hills. The wines are already of an exceptional level of quality and delciiousness.
The Forest Jus Cuvee is a cool climate expression of sauvignon blanc where the aromatics are subtle and the minerality is bright and refreshing. This particular style is textural and juicy with gentle notes of yellow orachrd fruit, grapfruit and ginger. This is the kind of wine that everyone at the table and everyone at the party wants another glass of. It’s very hard not to love.
