The 2021 Je T’aime, is lightly hazy thanks to the light maceration of the skins, yet has very lovely clarity of fruit on the palate.
Open this carfeully (nice and cold) and have a glass handy as there’s a good amount of pressure in the bottle. Enjoy as a top little aperitif.
