From the excellent dry-farmed Tikka vineyard in McLaren Vale, this is carbonically macerated grenache and shiraz with a small addition of chenin blanc skins. Medium-bodied, red fruited, with silken and supple texture from the style of maceration, and with subtle sappiness and woody spice.
