This is really quite amazing. The Vin Jour is a new wine for Sylvain Martinez, but from the same vineyard his thrilling chenin blanc Goutte d’O grows.

The Vin Jour is 100% chenin blanc, macerated on skins for 9 months in amphora.

It’s broad, mineral and round with quite delicate fruit and spice.

Serve with slightly richer food or soft cheese….and serving at roughly 10C is a good start.

We recommend this very highly.
