This is another masterpiece from the renowned Domaine de Kalathas on the Cycladic island of Tinos.

This project was started in 2011 by former Parisian graphic designer Jerome Charles Binda who discovered these ancient vineyards, many of which are around 200 years old. and today makes some of the most distinctive, pure and gastronomic wines we know of.

All of Jerome’s vineyards are ungrafted, providing the wines with almost immeasurable depth yet always with a sense of delicacy and restraint.

To Kokkinaki is made ip of eqaul parts mavro potamisi, koumariano and kondoura and, while showing delightful red fruit, has the distinctive imprint of iodine that the wines are famous for.

Serve at any time of year, and certainly with a meal. Enjoy with both raw and cured meats.
