From Adelaide Hills star James Madden. Sauvignon blanc from Norton Summit, grown by Ross Christian.
This is lightly macerated and delicate in style, albeit with plenty of vivid primary fruit. Aromatically, it opens with some very inviting tropical character, but this is tempered on the palate with some gentle and pleasingly sappy phenolics lurking amongst those riper flavours. A delicious and very approachable style of macerated white.
This is shaping up to be a really killer release from James and the team!
