From a section of Jordi’s farm that was planted by his grandfather, year in year out Tosut is a silken jewel, with delicious, varietal fruit, incredible levity on the palate and quite astonishing finesse.
Serve at cellar temperature (14-15C is nice) and enjoy with or without food.
