Every wine from Sylvain is worth trying but perhaps this above all feels like a trademark wine. 

He started making his own wines in 2006 with only the help of close family, after several years he was able to expand, working with a small, seasonal team of people who live locally. All work in the vineyard is carried out by hand, selection is done with utmost care before being gently pressed with the use of an ancestral press.
