Dodd’s is a very high quality organic London gin which has been in production since 2013.
The botanicals are divided into two batches, which are macerated and distilled separately before blending together. The style is fragrant, bright and concentrated, with a complex array of flavours arising from the ingredients used, which include juniper, lime peel, bay, London honey, angelica and raspberry leaf. The texture is creamy and resolved despite the slightly higher ABV.
Brilliant served cold and neat or with a good quality light tonic.
