From Mount Gambier-based Kyatt Dixon, this is chardonnay from the organic Macvale site which was direct-pressed and vinified in barrel. Kyatt’s wines are always varietal, approachable and very well-made, and we particularly love his handling of chardonnay.
2023 has been a great year for the winery across the board, with all the wines medium-bodied and showing delicious fruit with excellent depth and balance.
