This fruit comes from a site in Cape Jaffa and was direct-pressed to barrel for fermentation and elevage.
This is pale gold in the glass. There are lovely, delicate aromatics in the realm of green apple and other orchard fruits, with some subtle varietal herbaceousness. The palate is pure, clean and lightly mineral, balancing a subtly rich texture with direct and lively acidity. There are various shades of fruit, and a resolved structure owing to the time in barrel.
