Biodynamic semillon vinified by Kyatt Dixon in Mount Gambier. The fruit was direct-pressed and vinified entirely within stainless steel tank.
This is golden in the glass and medium-bodied with a compact core of apple skin and pithy citrus fruit, with some honeyed, lightly bruised character to the orchard fruit as well.
This 2022 release from Kyatt and the gang has been wonderful – all the wines are really singing.
