From pinot noir grown on the volcanic soils of Mount Gambier, this was aged in barrel for a year before being blended with some of the fermenting juice of the following year’s harvest for secondary fermentation.
Elegant and balanced, this has lovely, gently spiced red berry fruit layered with delicate creamy flavours and textures from the secondary fermentation. Another effortlessly brilliant and delicious offering – thanks very much Kyatt and the gang!
