From Australian-born Trish Nelson who, alongside her partner Piero, manages a wonderful property of vines, fruit trees, olives and bees in the northern part of Lazio.
This is a macerated blend of trebbiano toscano, procanico, sauvignon blanc and semillon, from a warmer year. It’s light and hydrating on the palate — albeit with present phenolics which would do nicely with some salumi — with relaxed acidity, plenty of woody spice and fruit in the realm of ripe persimmon.
